Borrowed Baking

GINGER CRINKLES

2/3 c. oil
1c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 c. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tp. ginger

Mix oil and sugar.  
Add egg and mix well.
Stir in molasses.
Add in dry ingredients.
Roll into small balls and roll in sugar.
Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes. (time depends on if you like them crunchy or chewy.)

Makes about 4 dozen
